Arkells announce 'Big Feelings Tour'
Hamilton-based outfit Arkells will be heading on a major Canadian tour later in 2024 promoting their newest album 'Laundry Pile'. Their Big Feelings Tour takes place in October/November making notable stops in Halifax, Ottawa, London, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver and Victoria. Joining the tour on select dates will be special guests Joel Plaskett Emergency, Poolside, K.Flay and Valley. The band recently wrapped up their At Your Service Tour in 2023 which was joined by Robert DeLong.
Arkells released their eighth studio album 'Laundry Pile' on September 21st, 2023 via Universal Music Canada. The new album follows up 2022's 'Blink Twice' and 2021's 'Blink Once' which features a guest appearance by K.Flay on the track 'You Can Get It'. Also in 2022, the band launched their Blink Once Tour across North America along with support from Haviah Mighty. Back in 2019, their Rally Cry Tour was joined by Lord Huron, The Greeting Committee and Dear Rouge. Current members include Max Kerman, Mike DeAngelis, Nick Dika, Tim Oxford and Anthony Carone.
